Entry & Exit

1. 1. Students must always wear/display college I.D. cards while in campus.
   2. Male students must use back lawn door for entry and exit to their classes and Females through reception area.
   3. Students must not stand/chat in the lobby.
   4. Female students provide the following information on a prescribed form signed by their parents about the mode and registration number of transport rickshaws, private vehicle. Home address, Guardian’s contact numbers. Student can go outside the college with a valid reason after permission of the Principal.

5. 5. Back lawn of college is reserved for the male students only
   6. Male and female students can sit together and attend events sponsored by college but subject to approval of Principal.
   7. Male-female (Couple/Group) sitting is strictly disallowed anywhere in campus.
   8. Group Study is only allowed in class during the break time.
   9. Female students should not stay in college more than 15 minutes after their class. Only in circumstances approved by the Principal they must stay in girl’s common room or reception area.
   10. Students’ cell phones must always be switched off, on the violation of instructions Rs. 500 fine will be charged.
   11. Inevitable use of cell phone for a short time period is allowed for Males in back lawn and Females in common room.

12. 12. The students are expected to act with dignity and self-respect and are expected to be honest, considerate, well –behaved, smartly groomed and courteous.
    13. The students are required to refrain from: Unlawful and Immoral activities.
    14. Smoking is not allowed in college.
    15. Drinks and eatables can be consumed only inside the cafeteria and/or designated areas.
    16. Student parties/functions are strictly prohibited except the ones organized by the college itself.
    17. The students are bound to follow/obey Discipline Policy enforced by any member of the Management and/or Faculty.

Dress Code

18. 18. All students are required to wear modest and non-provocative dress.

19. 19. Male students must wear dress shirts (tucked in) with trousers and dress shoes with socks.
    20. Female students must avoid wearing tights, revealing or fleshy clothes. They are not permitted to wear heavy jewelry pazaibs etc.
    21. All students must always wear/display college I.D. cards while in campus.

Attendance

22. 22. Make sure 80% attendance per semester, failure will meet disqualification from exams, severe action and fine.
    23. Only two leaves are granted by college on the bases of application.
    24. French leave/Bunking will be fined RS. 100 or more.
    25. Six consecutive leaves will be alarming for student i.e., enough for struck off.
